About the Company
Environmental Project Manager
Do you have several years of experience as a project leader in environmental soil research and are you ready for a new challenge? Then this position might be something for you.
At SGS Search we work every day on environmental issues in the field of soil research and soil remediation. Our clients count on independent research, clear advice and practical solutions that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
As an Environmental Project Manager, you are the connecting link between the client, colleagues in the internal and external staff and the implementation of the project. You ensure that projects are well prepared, run smoothly and are substantively correct. You keep an overview, make adjustments where necessary and think about the best solution for the customer.
Being part of an enthusiastic team
You will become part of our Environmental Research team from day one. This team falls within the Built Environment business unit and works from Heeswijk on projects throughout the Netherlands. The team employs approximately 15 specialists and researchers in both internal and external departments. Together they carry out soil investigations and supervise soil remediation. This varies from simple short-term projects to long-term and phased investigations and remediations.
As part of SGS you also get the opportunity to further broaden your knowledge. Consider, for example, topics such as eDNA, biodiversity and other environmental issues within the broader organization. This way you not only work on your own projects, but you also continue to develop yourself substantively within an international organization with a lot of specialist knowledge. Our goal, and soon yours too, is to find the best solution for our clients' issues.
