Environment Health & Safety Consultant - Indirizzo Compliance HSE

Role Summary

SGS is looking for a* technical consultant on health and safety in the workplace to be included within the Industries & Environment business line in Livorno. The new resource will be included in a team of HSE specialists who provide consultancy to companies on health and safety issues in the workplace.

Responsibilities

The resource must be able to

• Support customers in the management of first/second party internal audits to ensure legislative compliance in the health, safety and environmental fields
• Support customers with specific consultancy, drafting of operating procedures in the field of management systems, training interventions, etc...

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering and/or equivalent and/or prevention techniques in the workplace
• Experience in the health and safety consultancy sector or in corporate contexts within the competent offices (company RSPP, ASPP, safety supervisor)
• Qualification as Auditor/Lead Auditor of Safety and Environmental Management Systems (UNI EN ISO 45001 and UNI EN ISO 14001)
• Request Availability to travel within the national territory, type B driving licence

The profile is completed by

• Qualification as teacher trainer pursuant to Ministerial Decree 06/03/2013
• Qualification to exercise the role of RSPP
• Aptitude for problem solving, resourcefulness and decision-making autonomy
• Experience in the field of auditing health and safety management systems
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package and the English language.
• Availability to travel within the national territory. Excellent knowledge of the Office package and the English language.
