Role Summary

Cummins Inc. - a global company dealing in the design and production of diesel engines and other drive systems for manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction, industrial, agricultural, railway, marine and military equipment - is looking for an Electromechanician for the branch in Łomianki.

The offered salary ranges from PLN 57,672 to PLN 122,750 gross per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors such as professional experience, skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service - Professional and courteous approach to customers, ensuring quick and effective fulfillment of their needs.
  • High Quality Repair and Maintenance - Use specialized tools and documented procedures to diagnose and perform basic repairs on engines, generators and components.
  • Enhance Equipment Reliability - Perform preventive maintenance activities according to schedules and standards, minimizing customer downtime.
  • Support Team Effectiveness - Escalate unresolved issues to experienced technicians or supervisors, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
  • Accurate Documentation - Complete service sheets, job cards and warranty claims to ensure clear and effective records.
  • Stay Up to Date with Training - Continually develop skills through training to increase service capabilities and meet business needs.
  • Maintaining Service Vehicles and Tools in Excellent Condition - Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of tools and service vehicles to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Priority for Safety and Compliance - Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and regulations to maintain a safe environment

Requirements

  • Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills - Ability to interpret customer reports, use electronic service tools and service documentation to effectively diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Technical Knowledge and Standards Compliance - Knowledge of Cummins and industry standards for working with electrical and mechanical components, while maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Effective Documentation and Communication - Ability to accurately document maintenance service activities, troubleshooting steps and technical escalations in business systems for payment processing and history tracking.
  • Fluency in Polish and English - Knowledge of Polish and English is necessary for clear communication with clients, colleagues and in documentation processes.

Preferred qualifications

  • Engine Technician with Practical Education (preferred).
  • Professional diploma from a relevant technical school.
  • Basic workshop experience with engine products.
  • Valid local driving license required.
