The Mâcon site represents more than 70 years of history in the field of Medium Voltage and employs 500 employees. We manufacture medium voltage cells ensuring the distribution of electricity and which allow our industrial, residential or tertiary customers to connect to the electrical network of energy distributors and to power their equipment. What will you do in this position?

Manage the correct application of control processes

  • The controller works by manufacturing order, and carries out different control operations:
  • Checking the conformity of sub-assembly or individual parts;
  • Checking the conformity of the low voltage box;
  • Checking the conformity of the cell on the assembly line;
  • Analysis of the manufacturing file;
  • It checks the composition of the file (technical specifications, diagrams, launch file, etc.);
  • He ensures the validity of the documents (updates, modifications, etc.);
  • Contribute to internal and external customer satisfaction by respecting Quality Cost Delay (QCD) standards.

Achieve product conformity by matching customer needs and manufacturing standards.

The preparation

  • He carries out and/or ensures the marking and signaling of the control zone.
  • It brings together the means and control tools common to the service it needs.

Control

  • It checks the conformity of subassemblies or individual parts (door, LV box, MV circuit breaker, etc.).
  • It checks the conformity of the assembled parts (cells) with the manufacturing file.
  • It carries out visual inspection and appearance inspection (crimping, tightening, painting, protection index, labels, inspection marks, etc.).
  • He carries out functional tests (connection of mobile parts, closing/opening of earthing switches, etc.).
  • For cells, it checks mechanical control and must be able to perform DI-ELECTRIC control.
  • It carries out low and medium voltage dielectric tests in order to check the insulation performance of the auxiliary (low voltage wiring) and main (copperwork) circuits.
  • He constantly keeps his workstation clean and organized.
  • It complies with EHS rules (waste sorting, evacuation and maintenance of handling tools, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), application of premises evacuation rules, etc.).

Negotiate with colleagues for reactive recovery of problems encountered

  • Be an actor within the AIC to discuss the problems encountered and find a solution.
  • Know how to convince the different services (SRA, method, technique, etc.) to resolve the problems encountered and find solutions.

Cooperate within a manufacturing team and support services

  • Be independent in calling on maintenance services.
  • Know how to take AIC analyzes into account.

Communicate on the work carried out and any problems potentially encountered

  • Be able to discuss with team members the operations carried out (positive and negative).
  • Report information to the leader (quantity, problems, etc.).

Requirements

  • BEP/Bac Pro Electrotechnics.
  • 6 months on the upstream stations of the line concerned (LV cabling, MV cabling, fitter).
