Role Summary
Lead, develop and inspire the Rheumatology sales team in Argentina, ensuring excellent commercial execution, compliance with sales objectives, market share, and effective implementation of brand and business priorities. This role requires solid leadership skills, strategic thinking, results orientation, management of high-performance teams and excellent cross-functional coordination, always within AbbVie's code of conduct, internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the district sales team, promoting a culture of high performance, commitment and continuous development.
- Translate the brand strategy into concrete business and field execution plans for the assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance and exceeding sales objectives, market share and relevant business KPIs.
- Develop and implement commercial and access plans aligned with the national strategy for Rheumatology products.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution in the field, promoting the adoption of key messages, appropriate segmentation and customer prioritization.
- Monitor, analyze and consolidate performance indicators, market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to optimize business tactics.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with opinion leaders, health professionals, institutions, medical societies and other key stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of leadership, accountability, collaboration, excellence in execution and continuous development of commercial talent.
- Recruit, develop, motivate and manage the team in charge, ensuring coverage of critical positions and continuity of talent.
Requirements
- Academic training: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Economic Sciences, Health Sciences or related careers.
- Experience: Solid sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in immunology, rheumatology or related therapeutic areas.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading, developing and motivating commercial teams.
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret business data, detect trends and convert them into decisions and action plans.
- Communication: Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and execution: Ability to plan, prioritize and execute with a focus on results.
- Languages: Intermediate/advanced English, desirable for interaction with regional or global teams.
- Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
