Digital Transformation Analyst

Role Summary

PURPOSE OR MISSION OF THE POSITION

Monitor Google Workspace updates, keep libraries updated, and look for standards to integrate its components. Program script apps, Google forms, calendars, etc.

Responsibilities

• Know the trends of the digital world and understand how new technologies influence the organization's strategy.
• Make proposals to improve the established procedures to respond to the organization's problems.
• Carry out maintenance and development of new options for assigned modules.
• Train users on changes or new options developed for different systems
• Participate in meetings to gather information for the development of new options and/or modules in the Systems.
• Develop definition documents and prototypes for new options and/or modules.
• Participate in the transitions to pre-production and production of changes made to the Systems.
• Prepare and execute test plans for changes made to the systems.
• Develop observations made by quality control generated by the Systems Production area.
• Perform analysis and optimization of queries in the different assigned developments.
• Obtain consolidated and/or detailed information on modules in charge.
• Performs analysis on feasibility and time to implement requirements requested by users.
• Prepare meeting minutes in which a summary of what was discussed and agreements made is considered.
• Carry out monitoring and control after the change or new option requested by the user has been moved to production, to ensure correct operation.
• Train new personnel in the area on the use of programming tools, as well as the company's information systems.
• Review new developments and changes in the system corresponding to the Projects assigned to Software development companies. Enter Quality Control observations after review.
• Perform or cover standby assigned to programmers or analysts for user support
• Prepare technical manuals and user manuals

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Vocational training

University graduate in careers such as Systems Engineering, or similar.

• 2 - 3 years in related functions
• Language (required level)
• Intermediate English (B1-B2)
• Knowledge
• Knowledge of Oracle development tools (Developer, Designer), PHP, Java.
• Knowledge of Nocode tools
• Knowledge of Python language
• Knowledge in systems analysis.
• Information systems documentation techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL Statements.
• Knowledge of Databases (programming branch).
• Advanced knowledge of communication between applications: SOA, Web Services (SOAP, REST), communication protocols and languages (XML, JSON).
