Responsibilities

• You analyze user behavior and continuously optimize online lead generation.
• You develop and implement SEO strategies - from on-page and off-page to content and technical optimization.
• You create and optimize content with SEO and conversion in mind.
• You confidently use AI tools to optimize tasks and processes.
• You work on several projects at the same time.
• You monitor key figures, create reports and derive concrete measures from them.

Requirements

• You have in-depth experience in performance and growth marketing, including confident handling of KPI tracking and data analysis
• Over 2 years of professional experience in website optimization, SEO, GEO, lead generation and conversion optimization
• Basic technical understanding (website structure, tracking, tools).
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new projects and target groups.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions.
• Independent, structured way of working and hands-on mentality.
• Very good knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2).
