Role Summary

Achieve personal sales targets (for example: sales, orders, receivables, inventory, new key customers, etc.).

Regularly collect market, customer and competitor information to maintain customer files and provide high-quality sales forecasts in a timely manner.

Develop customer strategies for key accounts and be responsible for results.

Uncover opportunities and the resources required to maximize Rexroth's market share.

Provide technical support and conduct business negotiations for customers under our jurisdiction.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing and automation, fluid transmission and control, vehicle engineering, mechatronics.
• More than 2 years of hydraulic product sales or technical work experience.
• Familiar with the construction machinery market in Southwest China.
• Proficient in using electronic tools to manage daily work (such as MS Office, SAP, Power Point, etc.).
• Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Have good communication skills to complete technical exchanges and business negotiations with OEM technical personnel and purchasing personnel.
• Proactive, enterprising, responsible and team-minded.
