Responsibilities

  • ML-Ops: You will help set up and optimize ML-Ops pipelines. This involves the development of solutions for continuous integration, distribution and monitoring of machine learning models, so that we ensure stable operations in production.
  • Deep learning: You work with advanced techniques within deep learning. This involves model training, evaluation and implementation of state-of-the-art models to solve complex problems.
  • Data handling and modeling: You handle and model data to prepare it for machine learning solutions. This includes data collection, preprocessing and transformation to ensure high quality and relevance in the data sets.
  • Platform work: You work with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to build scalable and maintainable ML solutions.
  • Development and design: You will help design and set up machine learning solutions with an event-driven approach. By integrating messaging services such as Kafka and Pub/Sub, we create a robust architecture that ensures real-time data flow and fast response.
  • In our projects, you will combine this technical expertise with the ability to understand the customer's needs, collaborate well with various professional environments and deliver solutions that are robust, optimized and that create clear value for our customers.

Requirements

  • Higher education in IT, computer technology, machine learning or related fields.
  • Minimum of two years' relevant work experience with development and implementation of machine learning solutions.
  • Strong programming skills, especially in Python, as well as experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar.
  • Experience with ML-Ops tools (MLflow, KubeFlow) and production-ready ML solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or AWS SageMaker.
  • Experience with data handling, data modeling and working with large data sets.
  • Fluent in Norwegian both orally and in writing.
  • You don't have to have worked with everything, but we hope that you have an interest in learning what you don't have experience with
