We are looking for you who know how to get language models to stop using hyphens.

Responsibilities

• LLM and Agent Development: You will design and implement intelligent agents using modern frameworks such as LangGraph and Anthropic Agents SDK. You build systems that can plan, reason and execute actions autonomously.
• RAG architecture: You develop advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions that combine large language models with enterprise data to create precise and reliable answers.
• MCP and A2A protocols: You work with the Model Context Protocol for standardized tool access and Agent-to-Agent communication for orchestration between multiple agents.
• Governance and security: You implement guardrails, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval flows, and complete traceability through tracing for all agent operations.
• Prompt Engineering and Evaluation: You optimize prompts, set up evaluation frameworks and systematically measure agent performance.
• In our projects, you will combine this technical expertise with the ability to understand the customer's needs, collaborate well with various professional environments and deliver solutions that are robust, optimized and that create clear value for our customers.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, computer technology, machine learning or related fields.
• Technical experience with language models and experience with API communication.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience from agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar).
• Knowledge of RAG architecture, vector databases and embedding technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (Azure OpenAI), AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Advantage with experience from MCP, A2A protocols, or multi-agent systems.
• We value experience in AgentOps, LLMOps, MLOps and self-hosted models.
• Norwegian, minimum B2 level.
