Data protection officer / consultant for data protection (m/f/d)

Role Summary

We are looking for competent employees (m/f/d) for the areas of data protection consulting and external data protection commissioning for our locations in Wuppertal, Saarbrücken and Berlin.

Responsibilities

• As part of customer service, you will, among other things: entrusted with the following tasks:
• Advice on fundamental questions and complex individual case decisions relating to data protection
• Carrying out audits, revisions and analyses
• Examination of the adequacy of security measures to protect personal data
• Development, creation and updating of an overarching data protection concept
• Information and training of employees

Requirements

• We would be very happy if you had the following skills:
• Ability to provide high-quality professional advice
• Desirable: Basic knowledge in the field of data protection (data protection law and technology)
• Ability to make contact and enjoy dealing with customers
• Ability to express clearly in speech and writing (in German and English / preferably another language in the EU legal area)
• good knowledge of dealing with IT systems
• Willingness to travel and car driving license

About the Company

We are a shareholder-managed, medium-sized management consultancy with the core areas of data protection and information security that was founded 25 years ago. We now have locations in Wuppertal, Berlin, Saarbrücken and Vienna.

A good introduction to the company, the customers to be looked after and in-depth training in the specific data protection issues as well as other questions is a given (externally and in-house). You will also be assigned an experienced colleague who will not only train you, but will always be available to answer your questions.
