Responsibilities
What you do specifically
- From analysis to structural improvement
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Analyzing disruptions, trends and deviations
- Implementing optimizations and improvements
- Coordinate with Schiphol stakeholders and users
- Advising on expansions and technical innovation
- Manage changes to live systems
- Participate in expansions and project improvements
- Support in the design, delivery and management of security systems
- Resolving complex technical disruptions
- Perform software and release management
- Upgrading and implementing applications and systems
- Recording configurations, analyzes and documentation
- Participate in standby services
- You ensure that systems not only remain operational — but continuously become smarter and more reliable.

Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level
- Strong IT and system management knowledge
- Experience with technical security systems
- Analytically strong and solution-oriented
- Able to work independently and accurately
- Highly desired
- Experience with IP camera systems
- Knowledge of intercom systems such as Commend
- Experience with software and release management
- Affinity with complex live environments
- Experience with trend analyzes and system performance monitoring
