Customer Support & Project Coördinator

Role Summary

The Customer Support department is the link between our clients at home and abroad, the account managers, the various laboratories and our own transport service. You are the indispensable link between the various customer segments and the services we provide.

What will you do in this position

As a Customer Support & Project Coordination employee, you are responsible for providing optimal service to (inter)national clients of Eurofins Environment Testing.

Together with your colleagues, you aim to unburden customers and advise the customer about, among other things, the possibilities of our digital portal, our analysis packages, pricing and our logistics service.

You are also responsible for the handling and handling of all incoming questions and comments, the correct handling of complaints within the specified period, reports and reporting in the CRM system, carrying out general administrative work and contributing to improvements in the field of Customer Support. You are able to use your chemical expertise and analytical thinking to be a solid sparring partner for the lab and to translate research opportunities into concrete terms for our clients.

In short: you are the face and voice of Eurofins for the customer and are the first point of contact for the customer, various laboratories and sales during the process.

Requirements

You

• Have completed a technical (minimum) HBO education. Life science, (analytical) chemistry or HLO is preferred but not required;
• Are handy with Microsoft Office. Being familiar with LIMS (or similar) and experience with CRM is an advantage;
• Have commercial insight, know the market in which our clients operate (or want to get to know it) and strive for maximum positioning of Eurofins' services;
• Have a good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
