Customer Support & Project Coordinator
The Customer Support department is the link between our clients at home and abroad, the account managers, the various laboratories and our own transport service. You are the indispensable link between the various customer segments and the services we provide.
Customer Support stands for optimal accessibility. We are therefore available on working days from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm to provide optimal service to our customers.
What will you do as a Project Coordinator?
As a project coordinator you work within the customer support team and you are responsible for providing optimal service to (inter)national clients of Eurofins, you monitor the process of correct order processing, the progress of the projects and timely reporting of analysis results.
You advise the customer about the possibilities of our digital portal, our analysis packages, packaging and preservation options, pricing, our logistics service and explain the analytical background and the required deadlines for projects. You also carefully coordinate incident reports and their handling.
In short: you monitor the process progress of projects and during the process you are the first point of contact for the customer and the various laboratories.
Requirements
- Completed technical (minimum) HBO education. Life science, (analytical) chemistry or HLO is an advantage.
- You are able to use your chemical expertise and analytical thinking to be a solid sparring partner for the lab and to translate research opportunities into concrete terms for our clients.
- You are handy with Microsoft Office. Being familiar with LIMS (or similar) and experience with CRM is an advantage.
- You have commercial insight, know the market in which our clients operate (or want to get to know it) and strive for maximum positioning of Eurofins' services.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an environmental or laboratory-oriented position.
- Experience with customer contact is an advantage.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations in the environmental sector is an advantage.
- You are focused on collaborating with colleagues and are environmentally aware.
- You have a proactive and quality-oriented attitude, where you think and act decisively and customer-oriented.
- You can set priorities well and make well-considered decisions.
- You are stress-resistant and flexible in your approach to ad-hoc situations.
- You communicate concretely, clearly, purposefully and are a good listener.
