Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: You accompany new customers (agents, real estate photographers, property developers) from the signing of the contract to the first inspiring video - including setup, connection and training of the team.
• Care & Adoption: You are the personal contact person for your customers. You keep an eye on how actively they use our software, approach them proactively and get silent accounts back on board.
• Advice: You not only show which buttons to click, but also how a video really sells - from the photo selection to the display on Instagram, in the portal ad or in the exposé.
• Expansion & Renewal: You recognize when a customer is ready for more, secure contract extensions and further develop accounts (upselling, additional locations, additional users).
• Product development: You listen carefully to what the market needs and pass on the brokers’ feedback directly to our development team.
• Scaling: With us, you build the basis with which we make many customers happy at the same time: help articles, tutorial videos, webinars and smart processes.

Requirements

• Service mindset: You don't just want to process tickets, you want to understand what your customer actually wants to achieve - and you're also happy to pick up the phone yourself.
• Digital affinity: You don't have to be a programmer, but you should be confident in web apps and understand why video content on Instagram & Co. is essential today.
• Communication skills: You can listen, read between the lines and explain complex things simply - even on the phone with people who didn't grow up digitally. Your German is excellent, both spoken and written.
• Experience: Ideally, you have already worked in customer success, account management, support or the real estate industry. Talented career changers with a real feel for customers are also welcome.
• How you work: You are highly organized, reliable and don't need anyone to tell you your to-dos every day. You also keep track of many parallel customers.

Place of work

• Everyone here works from home part of the week. But it will take a while until then: We are a small team in Karlsruhe and learn quickest alongside each other, so the first one or two months are purely office time. We will then discuss with you what your week looks like.
• What we cannot offer is a position that runs remotely from the start. If you live further away and still want to, then write to us how you would solve the first time.
