Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) / FinTech - FiBu / Datev experience - 100% remote

Responsibilities

• You conduct demo calls in which you actively listen, understand the needs of our customers in the e-commerce and SaaS areas and derive suitable solutions.
• You handle support tickets independently and find quick, customer-oriented solutions.
• You will work closely with our onboarding & automation team to ensure customer satisfaction and continually develop our solutions.
• You independently create content such as blog articles, templates or help pages and actively support the implementation of our AI & content strategy.

Requirements

• You have experience in the area of financial accounting – or have a good understanding of tax-related processes.
• You have experience in direct customer contact - ideally in a SaaS environment and have a strong sense of customer needs.
• You understand how to define, track and achieve realistic goals and KPIs - both for yourself and in collaboration with your team.
• You communicate confidently in German and English – in writing and orally.
• You are confident in using common tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems.
