Role Summary

Remote Customer Experience Associate I

Location: Remote – United States

Hiring Restrictions: We are not currently hiring in the following locations: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, ME, MA, MS, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA, Washington, DC, and Minneapolis, MN.

  • Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Shift Information: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday

We’re hiring a Remote Customer Experience Associate I in United States to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
  • Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
  • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting

Training Requirements

  • Complete a mandatory 3-week paid training program (Week 1 classroom training; Weeks 2–3 supported call handling).
  • Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses.

Technical & Workspace Requirements

  • Secure wired high-speed internet connection, including a verified speed test of at 50 Mbps download & 50 Mbp upload; (Wi-Fi not permitted).
  • Dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
