Cost Controller

This opportunity is with a reputable construction company specializing in high-rise building projects.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and manage project budgets and cost plans-Track and monitor project expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets-Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analyses-Identify and analyze discrepancies between planned and actual costs-Provide support during tendering and procurement processes-Verify and review subcontractor invoices and payment applications for accuracy-Ensure compliance with contract terms, financial policies, and procedures-Prepare detailed monthly cost reports for management-Assist in value engineering initiatives and cost-saving strategies-Identify potential financial risks and recommend effective mitigation measures
Required Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or Civil Engineering-3–7 years of relevant experience in cost control within the construction industry-Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting-Familiarity with construction contracts and financial management processes-Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software/tools
