Role Summary

Assists in simple recipes for hot and cold food preparation. Batch cooks items ensuring optimal food quality; i.e., scrambled eggs, french-fries, vegetables, fish, etc.

Follows “counts” designated on production sheets, as written.

Informs Chef when a recipe or food production sheet needs to be modified and informs Chef of potential shortages.

Instructs attendants in regards to menu offerings and/or menu changes.

Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• One (1) year of related experience.

• Pay & Compensation
• Full Time Position, 40 hours weekly
• Hours: Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday 9:30am-6:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:30am-7:00pm

This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule.
