Role Summary

Content & Community Coordinator (Freelance) – fuck (all genders) (part-time)

We are looking for a freelancer to help us with day-to-day social media operations post-launch. In this freelance role, you will help implement content and community management on Instagram & TikTok and work closely with the founder to bring our voice and campaigns to life.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Creating and planning attention-grabbing content for Instagram & TikTok that reflects our brand voice.
• Community Management: Monitoring engagement, responding to comments and DMs, interacting with our community.
• Trend Spotting: Identifying new trends and opportunities across all platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Analyzing social media performance metrics and sharing insights.
• Campaign Support: Support for campaigns around launches, certifications and awareness moments.

Requirements

• 🔥 Passionate about questioning social norms, sex positivity and pleasure-oriented sexuality education
• 🛍️ Proven experience creating social content for a consumer goods brand
• 💊 Experience in sexual health, women's health or a related category (skincare, supplements, FemTech) is an advantage
• 💡 Creative mindset with strong language skills (C1+) in German and English
• ✨ Independent, able to work independently and deliver results without close supervision
