Role Summary
As part of our growth, we are looking for several Automotive After-Sales Service Advisors (M/F) to join our team.
Responsibilities
Your missions will be as follows
- Support customers by email or telephone for any assistance request during the vehicle warranty period, providing personalized solutions
- Ensure the opening, monitoring and closing of guaranteed support files using our internal tools
- Your mechanical expertise will be challenged on a daily basis: diagnostics via photo/video expertise, contacts with our network of garages and validation of ORs
- Ambassador of our brand image, you will be the guarantor of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Coming from a technical background, you have significant experience in the automobile industry
- You are an expert in mechanics
- You have good analytical skills and know how to be proactive
- You are rigorous, organized, and have good writing and interpersonal skills
- You are comfortable with IT tools
