Consultant Oracle HCM H/F

Role Summary

The HRIS Division, with more than 100 consultants, strengthens and extends its positioning in consulting and is seeking in this context to expand its offer and its team in the activity of Consulting and integration of HRIS solutions. We are actively looking for experienced HRIS consultants and senior consultants, particularly around Oracle Cloud HCM.

In this role, you work on projects affecting all HRIS issues, CoreHR, Talent Management, Remuneration, Recruitment, Training, etc.

You identify opportunities and value-creating solutions for large companies and you decline them until their operational implementation and deployment.

You work with our major accounts on different types of missions:

• upstream of their HRIS projects to help them frame their business needs, and to assist them in choosing solutions,
• during HRIS solution implementation projects as an integrator or in assistance to project management.

With a higher education (engineering or business school), you have 3 to 5 years of experience in information systems consulting around HRIS issues and solutions.

You have developed functional and/or technical skills on at least one of the HRIS solutions on the market (in particular Oracle, TalentSoft, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.) and have worked on different types of framing, implementation and deployment missions within large groups.

You are comfortable in an international environment and master English.
