Role Summary

Its main tasks and functions include

Study, analysis and design of thermal and air conditioning installation works.

Preparation of budgets for thermal and air conditioning installations.

Rethinking of installations on site.

Negotiation with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Manage the human and material resources necessary for the execution of the works.

Monitoring and control of costs.

Collaboration with delineation in the development of execution plans.

Provide technical support to the construction manager.

Planning, management, supervision, implementation of assigned projects.

Demonstrable experience in

Air conditioning and ventilation installations.

Steam installations.

Control facilities.

Possess a 60-hour PRL course.

Knowledge

In air conditioning, heating, electricity, boilermaking, control and regulation installations.

Familiar with certificates of works and measurements.

Advanced level computer knowledge of

Office package (Excel, Word, …)

Google applications (Gmail, drive, meet…)

Autocad and Revit.

• Navision
• Budget programs (Presto, etc…)
• Work planning programs (Project)

Requirements

• Training: GM/GS Electrical, mechanical installations, air conditioning,... Technical engineering, higher.
• Experience: At least 2 years.
