Role Summary

Among its main functions will be

Technical rethinking of the projects that are delivered to execute them, and improve the expected margin of work.

Direct interlocutor with our client/facultative management, engineering, etc.

Implementation of security plans with our PRL department.

Supplier management.

Subcontractor management.

Document management (licenses and permits, PRL, delivery of work, etc.).

Completion of work and delivery of documentation to the client (plans, legalizations, etc.)

Plan and organize construction work with supervision of subcontractors.

Reception of equipment and materials on site.

Coordination of construction personnel and subcontractors.

Monitoring and coordination of the start-up of facilities.

It will be valued

Possess the Basic Level Course on Occupational Risk Prevention (60H)

Requirements

• Training: Middle/higher degree.
• Minimum experience of 2 years in knowledge of electrical, mechanical, thermal and air conditioning installations or in a similar position.

Minimum requirements

• Interpretation of plans and diagrams related to all types of mechanical installations: air conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, PCI and electrical installations
• Planning of personnel and/or subcontractors.
• Collection of data on site to report to the assigned construction manager
• Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical installations.
• Perform preventive resource functions.
