Concrete Technician

Role Summary

We are seeking an efficient and meticulous concrete technician to join our team in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In this role, you will be responsible for performing technical testing and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements through operational execution:

Perform laboratory and on-site tests

Control processes and guarantee quality at each stage.

• Provides essential technical support to the sales team
• Validate product quality
• Strengthen customer confidence through technical training and reports

Perform quality control inspections on concrete samples and completed work to verify compliance with standards.

Operate and maintain concrete finishing equipment, including vibrators, screeds, and trowels.

Maintain accurate records of concrete batches, test results and project documentation.

Comply with all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in working with concrete or concrete technology
• Competence in handling concrete mixing, pumping and finishing equipment
• Strong knowledge of concrete specifications, mix designs and curing processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings
• Knowledge of concrete testing methods and quality control procedures • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in outdoor conditions
• Valid driving license
• Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written)
• Commitment to safety
