Responsibilities

What challenge do we propose?

• Define the transversal technical model of the service
• Establish infrastructure standards such as code, pipelines and quality common to the entire team.
• Direct the efficiency engine, measure effort savings and demonstrate it in ServiceNow.
• Responsible for the security posture before the client and the committed remediation deadlines.
• Coordinate a virtual squad made up of engineers
• Act as a technical reference

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 10 years in technology, with transversal technical responsibility for several teams or areas.
• Cloud: Azure as primary provider and AWS in scope — compute, networking (VPC/VNet), IAM, storage, balancing and managed services.
• Kubernetes and containers: EKS and AKS, Helm, cluster deployment and operation.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform (essential) and Ansible.
• CI/CD on Azure DevOps and version control in Git.
• Observability and cloud security applied to the operation.
• Operation under service level agreements with registration in ServiceNow.
