Clerk (m/f/d) quality assurance

Role Summary

Monitoring of the self-inspectors for compliance with the test frequencies, target values and permissible tolerances specified in the specification.

Release of finished products (SAP).

Responsible for supervising trainees and interns as well as Q-training for production employees.

Assist in ensuring quality controls on all products manufactured at the factory or by third parties, as well as incoming raw materials and packaging materials.

Organizing and implementing the specifications for in-process and external monitoring tests (SAP test planning).

Participation in the preparation and implementation of external audits of products and the management system as well as in the processing of the resulting measures

Processing returns.

Supporting the Q manager in processing external complaints.

Supervision of measuring and testing equipment monitoring in the defined area

Creation of initial sample test reports and ITT reports

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), materials tester (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Additional QMF qualification is desirable
• Several years of professional experience in the field of plastics and quality assurance/management
• Good ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Structured and analytical working style
• Good English language skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
