Ensure that the project is completed on time within the planned budget.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer (CE). Applications normally acquired through the attainment of 5 year Civil Engineering Course and actual experience in a construction environment.
• Must have knowledge on cost estimation and bill of materials preparation.
• Must have knowledge in load computation and material stress factor to determine design specification.
• Must have experience in soil and material testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, or steel.
• Must be knowledgeable in Auto cad, Sketch-up, STAAD Pro and other related construction software.
• Must have knowledge in planning, designing and developing, and managing of projects for the construction, repair of buildings, and on site fabrication.
