Operations Audit Officer

Role Summary

Promotes the use of Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customers.

Follow the Company’s developed Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties and responsibilities

Assist in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor nonconformities ensuring that these manner, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficiencies

• Performs audit of processes and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOP's
• Maintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the Operations
• Review and analysis of Shipment Discrepancy for Vizmin
• Checking of Truck movement Log
• Monitoring and analysis of pending RPO, Pending Post Receive and Production Output
• Documentation of audit process
• Conduct Truck Audit
• Do other assigned tasks

Requirements

BS/BA degree in Accountancy, IE, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or audit related course.

• Minimum of 2 years of quality assurance experience or minimum of 2 years in an audit position
• Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration
• Preferably with ERP experience
• Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills is a must.
• Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
• Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
• Must have experience in managing and working with distributed team members.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
• Must have above average computer skills
