Responsibilities

• Under the leadership and supervision of superiors, regularly complete quantitative work requirements and be able to independently handle and solve the tasks for which you are responsible.
• Provide professional consultation to customers in the form of lectures, training and operation classes, promote the company's products, win customer orders, participate in customer bidding, and be responsible for customer development in the region.
• Collect and organize existing and potential customer information, discover and seize market opportunities, achieve business goals, and maintain customer relationships.
• Responsible for following up on feedback from end customers and assisting in the organization of marketing activities.
• Responsible for assisting agents in developing new customers and preventing agents from selling goods.
• Responsible for handling returns and complaints of defective products, tracking customer orders and delivery arrangements, and collecting payment.
• Make suggestions for improvements to the company's products and services based on customer needs and market changes.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager and travel frequently.

Requirements

Educational background

Full-time college degree or above, dental or oral related professional background will be given priority.

Work experience

More than four years of experience in selling medical products in foreign-funded companies, and those with sales experience in dental products are preferred.

Ability requirements

• Excellent presentation and sales negotiation skills.
• Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Be proactive and have a strong enterprising spirit.
• Clear organization and strong logical thinking.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business trips.
