Car Application Officer

Role Summary

What we require

• Previous experience - even short - in the field of car practices, in a consultancy firm or dealerships;
• Speed with the use of IT tools;
• Preferable knowledge of at least one of the management software including Leonardo, Pratica, Sisco Digital Sta;

Strong organizational skills, flexibility, high resistance to stress and propensity to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Verification and control of the documentation necessary for automotive procedures, including registrations, transfers of ownership and mini-transfers;
• Management and entry of data with high precision, ensuring the correctness of the information;
• Meticulous analysis of the work to ensure the speed and accuracy of the checks carried out;

Processing and management of reports and databases relating to document checks.
