The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact initiatives, from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation, change management, and benefit realization. • Manage cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, from problem identification and business requirements gathering through implementation, change management, and post-launch optimization.
  • Establish performance measurement and reporting frameworks to monitor operational health, evaluate business impact, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions, influence priorities, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
