Role Summary
Hybrid operation in São Paulo/SP or Blumenau/SC
Lead a team of specialists in managing Serasa's strategic partnerships, working with credit recovery and sub-acquiring products, focusing on the utilities segment.
Manage commercial negotiations with major partners, develop and ensure the best execution of strategic plans and generate insights based on data in order to create growth levers within your client portfolio.
Search for new business;

Develop improvement and problem-solving projects;
Daily interaction with teams and leaders in the areas of Products, Technology, Data, Marketing, Hunting and Legal, both from Serasa and partners, taking a leading role in directing this multidisciplinary team in the search for the best result.
Requirements
- Proficiency in tools for data visualization and analysis;
- Availability for travel;
- Knowledge of bidding processes will be an advantage;
- Excellent oral, written communication and active listening;
- Negotiation skills;
- Adaptability;
- Analytical depth;
- Autonomy and ability to execute;
Ability to synthesize, objectivity in strategic presentations.
