Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE

  • Doctolib is looking for a Business Development Representative Intern for our Sales team in the Milan office. This is a unique opportunity to start your career in the world of B2B sales in one of the most dynamic scale-ups in Europe.

  • In this role you will have the opportunity to acquire concrete skills in business development. Your goal will be to help your team find and create new sales opportunities by contacting medical centers.

As a Business Development Representative Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Generate new sales opportunities: support the team in identifying medical centers that could benefit from Doctolib through market research and digital tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Contact medical centers: you will carry out outbound activities (including cold calls and emails) to engage the right contacts, collect information and qualify leads
  • Set meetings for Inside Sales and Field Sales colleagues, clearly sharing the information collected
  • Use CRM (Salesforce) to update contacts, track interactions and monitor the progress of opportunities, developing skills in autonomous management of a pipeline
  • Support the Sales team by preparing materials for presentations and helping to improve the effectiveness of sales processes and strategies

During all the steps you will have the opportunity to collect feedback from both your colleagues and customers. It will be important to share best practices and suggestions to improve the activities of the Sales team and contribute to the success of Doctolib in Italy.
