Prerequisites and requirements for a Regional Business Development Manager:

At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of electronic security systems (e.g. intrusion, video, access, fire)

Experience in sales or business development in a vertical B2B market.

German language skills at native language level (spoken and written).

Results-oriented way of working with personal initiative and responsibility for your own results.

Negotiation skills: strong communication skills both on the telephone and in person.

Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.

Professional appearance, reliable and ethical behavior.

The Business Development Manager of Ajax Systems is therefore expected to act as an ambassador for the company and the brand and to carry out the following tasks:

Advertising for Ajax Systems' products and services to system integrators, installers, specialist consultants and end users (business partners) in Germany.

Exploring new business opportunities and organizing meetings with business partners.

Planning and preparing presentations for business partners and other interested groups.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with cooperation partners and control centers.

Communicate product features, benefits and developments to business partners.

Carrying out product and commercial training in collaboration with business partners.

Actively promote the specification of systems that incorporate Ajax Systems products and solutions.

Work closely with distributors of branded products to meet business partner requirements.

Support in the development of market strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions.

Feedback to management about the requirements for current and future Ajax Systems products and solutions.

Produce accurate and timely reports using the company's CRM system to support own tasks or as required by management.
