Role Summary

• Monitor and analyze the performance of payment methods, lead business reviews with partners and track key performance indicators
• Central operational link and technical interface for payment processes towards internal and external stakeholders
• Manage payment risk settings, branding requirements and operational configurations across different payment service providers (PSP) and internal systems
• Monitoring and continuous optimization of the entire checkout and payment experience for end customers
• Planning, monitoring and optimization of the payment mix and payment costs
• Monitor and mitigate payment risks in close collaboration with internal risk and security teams

Requirements

• Above-average university degree from a renowned university
• 4-5+ years of strategy or business development experience at a consulting firm, PSP or e-commerce company, optionally in a start-up environment
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
• Strong personality for working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
• Self-motivation to actively influence our business activities
• Quick comprehension and structured way of working
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workplace
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
