Are you passionate about designing technological solutions that help large organizations transform the way they work?

At Devoteam, Atlassian's strategic partner, we are looking to incorporate an Atlassian Architect to lead the design of solutions in digital transformation projects for national and international clients.

You will work defining scalable, secure architectures aligned with Atlassian best practices, accompanying the teams throughout the project cycle and becoming the main technical reference for our clients.

100% remote work model, with preference for people residing in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao or Zaragoza.

Responsibilities

• WHAT WILL YOU DO AT DEVOTEAM?
• You will be responsible for transforming business needs into scalable technology solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem. Beyond configuring tools, you will design architectures, lead technical decisions and accompany the teams to guarantee the success of each project.

Your responsibilities will include

• Analyze the client's needs and design the best technical solution.
• Design architectures on Atlassian Cloud and Data Center.
• Define solutions on Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management.
• Estimate project effort, scope and resources.
• Provide technical support to the team, resolving doubts and eliminating blockages.
• Collaborate with Project Managers in the planning and monitoring of projects.
• Maintain continuous dialogue with clients and participate in decision making.
• Design validation strategies and document solutions.
• Evaluate new requirements and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery teams providing technical vision.

Requirements

• WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Atlassian Architect in implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Experience designing solutions on Jira Software, Confluence and JSM.
• Ability to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience defining architectures, governance models and good practices.
• Experience estimating projects and defining the technical scope.
• Ability to technically lead teams and manage dialogue with clients.

It will be a plus if you also have:

• English level C1.
• ACP-120 certification or other Atlassian certifications.
• Official Atlassian accreditations.
• Experience in migrations to Atlassian Cloud.
• Knowledge of Automation, Assets, REST APIs and integrations with Marketplace applications.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
