Role Summary

• Proactive support to the procurement and import department (direct and indirect procurement)
• Providing support in logistics activities
• Organization of goods transport (inbound transport)
• Communication and cooperation with customs services and forwarders
• Preparation and adjustment of the documentation required for importing and placing the product on the market (safety data sheets, solutions, permits, etc.)
• Cooperation with warehouse and sales team
• Preparation of forms and registers in accordance with legal regulations and organization of waste disposal
• Administrative support and organization of office activities
• Support to the auditors during the external audit
• Performing other tasks according to the needs and orders of the superior

Requirements

• Conditions
• Proven experience in the field of direct and indirect procurement, import of goods for sale and raw materials and export of finished products
• Experience in inventory tracking and management
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and team spirit
• Ability to work independently, effective time management and willingness to travel occasionally
• Knowledge of MS Office packages
