Role Summary
As an art project manager for the R&D team, you will serve as a bridge between internal and external teams, promoting the implementation of art content in a highly ambiguous and rapid iteration environment, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of art output.
Responsibilities
- Full-process closed-loop management: Responsible for the management of internal and external art teams, covering the entire life cycle of demand planning, communication and collaboration, production acceptance and version delivery.
- Progress and performance management: Develop art production plans, follow up on implementation and promote project progress; conduct regular reviews and output process optimization suggestions.
- Production pipeline construction: Develop an art production pipeline and promote its standardized implementation and continuous iteration within the team.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Establish an efficient cross-functional collaboration process (with art, planning, programming, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of the process and reduce communication costs.
- Outsourcing ecological management: Responsible for the progress, cost and quality control of the outsourcing team, quickly solving production bottlenecks through effective communication mechanisms, and establishing long-term, mutually beneficial and trusting cooperative relationships.
- Asset and document management: Assist the art director in writing and maintaining production specifications and style documents to ensure that art assets are clear, orderly and reusable.
Basic requirements
- More than 5 years of art project management experience in the game industry.
- Proficient in art production processes and capable of resource planning, budget estimation, risk management and progress control.
- Have excellent outsourcing team management experience and be able to improve supplier delivery quality through a clear feedback mechanism.
- Have strong ability to formulate processes and solve problems systematically.
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and able to effectively promote programming, art, planning and other teams to reach consensus.

- Have experience in art project management from 0 to 1 in the game industry.
- English can be used as working language.
