Role Summary

• what do we do
• You will be the core person in charge of the simulation platform and algorithm implementation, and your work will cover three levels:
• Simulation platform: Build a SIL environment based on virtual MCU, model peripheral behavior, and ensure that simulation is highly consistent with real hardware

Tool chain: According to specific needs, independently develop visual calibration tools and complete verification.

Algorithm implementation: Develop core algorithms such as filtering, decision-making, and fault diagnosis, use regression neural networks (RNN) to predict physical parameters, and optimize algorithm models through AI.

• SIL simulation and underlying modeling
• Build a product-level SIL platform, model MCU peripherals, integrate ECU software, and establish a deterministic execution environment
• Tool chain development
• According to specific needs, independently use MATLAB/Simulink modeling, develop visual calibration tools and complete verification
• Algorithms and testing
• Develop underlying algorithms such as filtering, decision-making, and fault diagnosis

Proficient in using AI frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch) to build regression models, optimize algorithm models and algorithm robustness.

Quality and reliability

Build fault injection capabilities, perform performance optimization, and output technical documents to support functional safety

Requirements

• Basic requirements
• C9 Master degree or above (PhD preferred), electronic engineering, computer, mathematics and other related majors
• 1~3 years of experience in embedded low-level development or algorithm development, familiar with register-level peripherals, drivers, bare metal/RTOS
• Proficient in C/C++, proficient in Python
• Familiar with MATLAB/Simulink modeling, simulation and code generation technology
• Experience in abstracting hardware into simulation models (timing modeling, state machines, etc.)
• Familiar with UDP/TCP Socket programming and master Wireshark/tcpdump
• Proficient in Git, CMake, GCC, gdb/perf/valgrind, focusing on unit testing and code quality
• Bonus points (any one is enough)
• RNN/TensorFlow/PyTorch modeling experience
• AUTOSAR / XCP / UDS experience
• ISO 26262 or passive safety area (air bags, PSI5)
• High-performance programming (lock-free queues, zero-copy, shared memory)
