Role Summary

• You carry out technical analyzes of existing processes and identify useful AI use cases together with customers
• In addition, you will design and plan technically sophisticated AI solutions, especially in the areas of machine learning, NLP and generative AI
• You lead agile development teams as a technical product owner and control the development process by formulating and prioritizing user stories
• As the central technical contact for customers and departments, you ensure compliance with quality, data protection and compliance standards
• You will also support the creation of technical offers and confidently present them to customers

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics or a comparable technical course
• You have several years of experience in the technical conception and management of complex AI and IT projects, ideally in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• You also have practical experience with AI technologies and frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) as well as cloud platforms
• Practical knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD and open source AI platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in developing productive AI systems, preferably with generative AI, NLP or recommendation systems
• Ability to precisely analyze and clearly document technical requirements
• Very good communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical target groups
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative
• Ideally experience in the public sector (data protection, IT security, procurement law)
• Good knowledge of German (min. C1 level) and knowledge of English round off your profile
