The Project

We are currently seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our team on a project based in Brisbane.

Your Opportunity

Coordinate workforce mobilisation and onboarding documentation and records.

Manage travel bookings for project personnel and associated travel logistics.

Support the preparation of reports, KPI tracking and data management across systems

Maintain project registers, records and documentation.

Tracking and reporting on project status, deliverables and costs

General administrative support for the project team including co-ordinating meetings, preparing communications, assisting with planning and other duties as required.

Requirements

Our minimum requirements for this role are

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within a construction site environment however not necessary
  • Strong technical competence, particularly with Microsoft Office (excel in particular)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and build effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
