Role Summary

Working as part of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing bookings and assisting with the day-to-day operation of our national chauffeur service. This is a casual position with predominantly weekend coverage, with the potential to develop into a broader and more regular position as you gain experience and demonstrate capability.

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and our booking platform
  • Taking and processing new bookings accurately
  • Liaising with corporate clients, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and individual customers
  • Scheduling bookings with our available chauffeurs
  • Monitoring upcoming and live bookings to ensure services run smoothly
  • Communicating booking details and changes to chauffeurs
  • Managing last-minute changes, cancellations and operational issues
  • Maintaining accurate booking and customer records
  • Providing a high level of professional customer service at all times
  • Managing weekend operations autonomously once fully trained
  • Training & Development
  • To ensure you are fully equipped to manage weekend operations, you will initially be required to undertake training during normal business hours on at least one day per week.
  • Training hours will be flexible and agreed around your availability. Additional weekday training may be provided where required.
  • Once you have demonstrated the required competency and confidence, you will transition to managing your allocated weekend shifts independently.

  • Professional, friendly and customer-focused
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently once trained
  • Computer literate and able to learn new booking and operating systems quickly
  • Experience in administration, bookings, customer service, transport, travel or hospitality would be advantageous, but is not essential
