The Program Lasting 2 (two) years, and exclusively for undergraduate students, our internship program was developed for those seeking growth and who want to evolve with us. We want people with the energy to move the world!
Position Objective: Operational and administrative support in Facilities management, seeking operational excellence of the Site, financial control of expenses (Opex/Capex) and organization of corporate events, ensuring compliance with internal processes and applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Purchasing and Billing: Opening purchase requisitions in the system and preparing Service Sheets to validate the delivery of services and allow billing.
- Supplier Management: Support in the interface with outsourced companies, monitoring the SLA and quality of deliveries.
- Resource Management: Control and organization of meeting rooms, ensuring availability of equipment and supplies.
- Events: Planning and operational support for corporate events.
- Financial Control: Assistance in monitoring and reporting Opex (operating expenses) and Capex (investments in assets) expenses.
- Visual management: Update and monitoring of actions related to area management through the SQDC management framework
Requirements
Academic Requirements
- Education: Studying for a degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Training forecast: from December 2028
- In-person internship in Taubaté 6am with 1 hour lunch (10am to 5pm)
- Live close to the Taubaté region
Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)
- Languages: Intermediate English (necessary for interface with global suppliers or internal reports).
- Technology: Proficiency in AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, productivity automations) to optimize workflows.
- Office Package: Intermediate/advanced level (Excel is essential for financial control).
Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills)
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously.
- Communication: Clarity when dealing with suppliers and different hierarchical levels of the company.
- Analytical Profile: Attention to detail, essential for financial control and checking invoices.
- Proactivity and Agility: Ability to use AI to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Desirable
- SAP: Practical or theoretical knowledge of the tool (purchasing/finance modules will be an advantage).
