Role Summary

  1. RM requirement management (Requirement Management, Doors tool-led, supporting QG process)
  2. Responsible for the full life cycle management of project requirements for ADAS full-scenario functions (ACC adaptive cruise, AEB automatic emergency braking, LKA lane keeping, intelligent parking assistance, etc.), proficiently using IBM Doors tools to complete requirements entry, hierarchical disassembly, version control, baseline locking and maintenance, etc.
  3. Connect with the product, algorithm, hardware, testing and vehicle R&D teams, sort out the vehicle requirements, system requirements, and software requirements in layers, and build a complete requirements traceability system to ensure that the requirements are complete, conflict-free, implementable, and verifiable.
  4. Coordinate the demand change management, standardize the change process, record the change content, assess the impact scope of the change, and simultaneously promote the implementation of various departments to avoid demand deviation, redundancy and other problems, and stabilize the project demand baseline.
  5. Support the implementation of the project QG quality process, cooperate with the quality and project team to complete compliance work such as requirements review, data archiving, baseline compliance verification, and full-link traceability to ensure that the requirements management process complies with vehicle R&D quality specifications; maintain the Doors requirements database on a regular basis, regularly sort out demand status, improve technical documents, close-loop traceability issues, and output weekly demand reports, baseline reports, and demand traceability reports.
  6. PM problem analysis and closed-loop management (Problem Management)
  7. Responsible for the full-cycle issue management of ADAS R&D projects, and uniformly collect technical issues, process issues, collaboration issues and project risk issues that arise during the R&D, joint debugging, testing, actual vehicle verification, and trial production stages.
  8. Build and dynamically maintain a project problem ledger, classify, classify, dismantle and track various problems, coordinate R&D, testing, hardware and other resources to promote rapid problem location, analysis and closed-loop resolution.
  9. Carry out special reviews for high-frequency and difficult problems in the project, dig deep into the root causes of the problems, output review summaries and optimization and improvement plans, establish a problem prevention mechanism to avoid recurrence of similar problems, and continue to improve the quality of R&D delivery.
  10. Responsible for project risk identification and control, check R&D process stuck points, development hazards and delivery risks in advance, formulate corresponding response plans, and ensure that project progress and quality meet both standards.
  11. Agile development process management (Sprint Master)
  12. Serve as the team Sprint Master, fully responsible for the implementation, execution control and iteration optimization of the agile process of the ADAS development team, leading iteration planning, demand scheduling, task dismantling and progress tracking, and coordinating the overall advancement of each Sprint iteration cycle.
  13. Standardize and implement the agile development process, coordinate the entire process of daily stand-up meetings, iterative development, iterative review, and iterative review, strictly control the deliverables of each iteration node, and promote the standardization, standardization, and efficiency of the team's development process.
  14. Follow up the implementation of ADAS development tasks throughout the process, coordinate internal resources of the team, break through process stuck points and collaboration barriers in the iteration process, monitor iteration progress and delivery quality in real time, and ensure that each version of iteration is delivered on time and with high quality.
  15. Combined with the business characteristics of ADAS vehicle R&D, real vehicle joint testing, and version mass production, continue to optimize the agile process system, adapt to the iteration rhythm of vehicle projects, accumulate reusable standardized R&D process specifications, and improve the overall R&D efficiency of the team.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, software engineering, vehicle engineering, electronic information, project management and other related majors, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in vehicle autonomous driving, ADAS field process management, demand management or project management.
  2. Proficient in the use of IBM Doors tools, proficient in RM (Requirement Management) demand management and QG compliance processes, with complete practical experience in demand disassembly, baseline control, demand traceability, change control, and quality process implementation. Candidates with experience in full-process demand management for ADAS projects will be given priority.
  3. Be familiar with the PM (Problem Management) problem management system, have the ability to independently carry out project problem collection, classification analysis, closed-loop follow-up, and review optimization, and can independently complete problem ledger management and project risk control work.
  4. Proficient in agile development models, with professional Sprint Master practical experience, and can be independently responsible for team iteration planning, process control, progress follow-up and iteration review.
  5. Understand the basic functions of ADAS intelligent driving and the in-vehicle software development process, and those who are familiar with the automotive industry R&D standards and ASPICE development process will be given priority.
  6. Possess good logical thinking, overall planning and cross-department communication and coordination skills, meticulous and rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility, and high execution ability. Can efficiently promote cross-team collaboration and ensure the smooth implementation of projects.
