Your new company

Our client is a well-established organisation based in Perth's western suburbs, conveniently located close to public transport and local amenities. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a temporary basis to provide cover during a period of leave. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy finance function and commence immediately.

• Reporting to the Finance Team, your key responsibilities will include:
• Obtaining approvals for supplier invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• High-volume data entry of invoices
• Preparing payment runs, including staff expense claims
• Maintaining accurate filing and records management
• Supporting the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Knowledge of NetSuite would be advantageous
• What you'll need to succeed
• To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using ERP systems, with NetSuite experience is highly regarded
• Immediate availability or the ability to commence at short notice
