Role Summary

• Checking incoming invoices for completeness, accuracy and plausibility
• Careful documentation and preparation of invoices for payment in our internal systems
• Ensuring that incoming invoices are always up to date and maintained without gaps
• Clarification of queries and discrepancies directly with our partner workshops and accounting department
• Close collaboration and support for the senior team lead in day-to-day business
• Supporting the team with organizational issues – you are the good soul of the department

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk, or comparable qualification
• Previous experience in auditing, bookkeeping or a comparable administrative activity would be an advantage
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working with an eye for detail
• Friendly and engaging demeanor in contact with partner workshops
• Very good knowledge of German and confident use of Google Workspace, knowledge of English is an advantage
• Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area, as attendance in the office is required 4 days per week
