Recruitment background
BoostDraft's team has expanded approximately 1.5 times over the past year as our APAC business grows. While we have a solid response to the product, the organization is still small, and we are at a stage where each individual's work impacts the company as a whole.
Over 800 companies have introduced it, and the way it is used is diversifying by industry and department. Along with this movement, we have more opportunities to face the issues faced by our customers more deeply than ever before, such as by expanding our services to multiple departments within existing customer companies and proposing new ways to utilize them.
On the other hand, we cannot say that we are allocating sufficient resources to these opportunities, and we are currently in the process of strengthening our system to propose optimal utilization methods for each customer and expand business. Therefore, we have decided to recruit a member who will be in charge of existing customers and will be responsible for everything from establishing utilization to making additional proposals and contracts.
