Role Summary

We are a non-profit organization committed to social impact, education and digital participation. Our goal: to set up sustainable projects with strong partners. So that we can have even more impact, we are looking for a committed personality to support us in the area of sales and partnerships - with a focus on concluding contracts.

As an Account Executive (m/f/d) you are a central figure in the area of fundraising and project development. You bring together potential partners and our charitable initiatives – and lead them through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Identification and approach of potential partners (companies, institutions, sponsors)
• Presentation of our projects and development of joint cooperation opportunities
• Negotiation and conclusion of funding or cooperation contracts
• Collaborate with project teams to clearly communicate needs
• Documentation and maintenance of partner contacts in our CRM system

Requirements

• Passion for social issues and social commitment
• Initial experience in sales, fundraising or project development (also from studies or internships)
• Convincing communication skills
• Initiative, commitment and goal orientation
• Fluent German, English is an advantage
