Young Apprentice - Formosa (Exclusive for Black and Brown People)

Role Summary

To strengthen this mission, Syngenta's HSE team is looking for a Young Apprentice to work in Formosa/SP.

Responsibilities

• Launch of purchasing invoices (direct and indirect), SAP / Ariba
• Assistance with various internal and external matters related to Notes Received
• Archive of documents processed according to the type of document, including Invoices.
• Control and archive of documents, construction of dashboards, digitization of documents, support in administrative activities.

Requirements

• Be in high school or higher education;
• Be between 16 and 22 years old;
• Basic computer knowledge;
• Availability to work within Syngenta’s administrative hours (08:00 – 15:00);
• Availability to work on a 15-month contract;
• Ability to communicate clearly;
• Demonstrate proactivity and interest in learning and developing in a large company.
• Workload: 6h.
